The Art of Persuasion: Winning Without Intimidation by Bob Burg Bob Burg does a great job presenting some practical conversational tools that can be and are effective in creating interactions with positive results. Although none of the information presented is revolutionary nor supported by any psychological studies, the premise of his advice is based upon the Golden Rule. This book is equally useful either as a quick read if you're looking for a crash course, general-theory-type understanding, and as a tool for slow-reading and heavy contemplation. I`ve only read a handful of self-help books, but I can honestly say this is one of those books I will re-read every couple months to reinforce its lessons.
