How do I know if my order was successful? Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your Order ID. 3. What are the delivery charges? We offer a flat delivery rate of 70 BDT within Dhaka and 150 BDT outside Dhaka. Shipping is free for orders above 1,500 BDT. 4. How long will it take to receive my books? Inside Dhaka: 3-5 business days. Outside Dhaka: 5-6 business days. 5. Can I track my order? Yes! Once dispatched, we will provide a tracking number from our courier partner via email. 6. Payments What payment methods do you accept? We accept Cash on Delivery (CoD) & bKash. 7. Is it safe to pay online on Shelf-E? Absolutely. We use encrypted SSL technology to ensure your transaction data remains 100% secure. 8. Returns & Cancellations Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse. Once it’s with the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
